This page explains how your Box Trucks Loadboard subscription is billed, how to cancel, and when refunds apply.
1. How billing works
Basic ($29/month or $149/year) and Pro ($59/month or $279/year) are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. There are no setup fees or hidden fees.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel from your account at any time, or by emailing support@boxtrucksloadboard.com. Cancelling stops your next renewal, so you won’t be charged again. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of how much you used the Service during the billing period, except where the law requires a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, paid features may be paused until the payment goes through. You can update your payment method from your account.
